Back to the Gym...Finally

After 5 weeks of not being allowed to work out, I was finally able to get back to the club this morning. I had only planned to do a slow 15 minutes on the bike, but it felt so good that I then hopped on the eliptical trainer for another 15 minutes. I can't tell you how good it felt to get moving again.
I won't be allowed to start weight training again for a couple of weeks, and then only lower body for a while. I am so eager to start getting back into the shape I was in when I was injured last month. While I've been blessed to lose 11 pounds in these 5 weeks, things are sagging even more than before. The thighs weren't bad while I was working out, but now...eeewww! I sure hope that increasing the muscle tone again will help tighten them up.
Thank you all, again, for your support during this trying time for me. Knowing that my December friends were here has made this bearable. Thank you!
