Constipation cure

I know this is a sensitive subject for all, but it is one I've suffered from since day one of the surgery. I tried everything , from prune juice to flax seed. Nothing helped. I was living on MOM, which is not a good thing. Well, a nurse friend of mine who had an RNY suggested Fiber Choice, as her husband has diverticulitus and that is what his surgeon recommended. I tried it and it helps. I went today, for the first time since the surgery without taking MOM or Smooth Move laxative tea. You can buy it at Wal-Mart, for about ten bucks a large bottle and they have the sugar free variety, too. IT's two large tablets, orange flavored, that you chew like candy. Tastes pretty good, and it helped me. Nona

Nona, I am glad you found something that worked. I used to have this problem but as I began to eat more the problems subsided. It is a terrible thing to not be able to go to the bathroom .
