Thanks everyone!
I haven't been on the site much but I did read (though my email) all the wonderful posts you sent about my discouragement and want to say "THANK YOU!" I guess I'm not alone.....we must just be at a slow down point and while I did expect that to some degree, with 30 lbs. to loose yet, I just wasn't emotionally ready for it. I'm also experiencing anemia which is getting worse so maybe that is also affecting my overall "picture" of things. 'Went to my PCP yesterday and I'm down to 10 (12 is normal, had been running 11 lately) but her concern was one of the tests that shows that my "iron reserves" are pretty much depleted and that my red blood cells have gone down in size......all signs that this anemia is kicking in pretty good. So I'm taking three fem-iron a day now. Part is related to the absorption issue and part to female problems....she is talking hysterectomy which I may have to do to get the other issue under control. But I knew this was all part of the "risk" and I'm not complaining....just lamenting a little bit. Thanks for your support!

Jenni, Hang in there girl. You will be fine. You have done great so the blood work problems will get better. My bloods are great. I do eat a whole box of frozen spinach every day. I can digest it well and I know it is healthy.
Just keep up the good work and try eating some foods with nutritional values.. I got rid of most of the carbs here. Everyday is a learning experience for us.... We never get to old to learn. It just seems at my age which is 52 I am learning how to eat a bit better.I still have not reached the " CENTURY CLUB"
RNY 12/15/03....245lbs
&/27/03............149 lbs "goal" (-96pds)
