7 months and a summer blast!
Hey everyone! I hope all had an awesome 4th weekend and that first few days to work after a long holiday, were not too bad. Today (7/15) makes 7 months since becoming a loser and I am at 229 lbs. This in itself is somewhat funny as when I graduated HS and joined the Marines I weighed 227lbs. My mind is still trying to catch up with my body and I really do not see myself as others do. I can tell that I have dropped, just not at the same level others say I have. I have actually spooked myself by looking at some diving photos and not recognizing who was in the photo initially.
I hope this message finds everyone doing well and look forward to cotinue reading all the updates and success stories.
Continue the summer blast!
Johnny
Hi there Johnny, You and I had the same day surgery, so it is my anniversary also.I started at 245lbs and now I am sitting 2 pounds from the century club. I am now weighing 147lbs. My DR says I am at GOAL but he wants the IDEAL GOAL of 135 lbs. I sure hope I can get to it. I will try my best.
I hope you enjoy your summer and keep up the good work to you... Keep ...Lorraine
Congrats on the AMAZING weight loss and your ENGAGEMENT! Your fiance is just beautiful! LUCKY MAN! Without getting in trouble---I have to say she is quite lucky too!!!
Awesome proposal!!!
I can't believe almost 200 lbs in 7 months. That is just --well I am speechless!
You have lost almost exactly what I weigh now!
I bet the DIVING is much easier with the weight gone. I know when I did the intro dive at the Great Barrier Reef on my honeymoon my breathing was so erratic b/c I was soo out of shape.
HEY that would be a GREAT place to HONEYMOON for you 2 and September is a PERFECT time of year to Visit Australia....actually ANY TIME of year is perfect but September/October is awesome! We got married September 28th 2002. GOOD month for marriage!
