6 month checkup

I just went for my 6 month checkup and had lost 125 pounds. I currently weigh in at 218. My goal is to get to 190 to 195. I have been losing over 10 lbs per month. I think it is starting to slow down some. The doctor said all is good. I will be going back in 3 months for my 9 month check-up and at that time talk about a plastic surgery to have access skin removed. Doctors visit was 06/24/04

Hi Jefferey, It sure sounds like you are doing excellent!! My weight loss has slowed way down this past month... I am now at 7 months out (surgery was Dec. 1) I have about 23 more pounds and I really want to get there 9 months out but if this pasts month's 5 pound loss stays the same... it won't happen...ugh!!
