Thank you for all the info i love it. Well its so funny how we get at different numbers on scale and how when we reach different totals how we feel. I remember breaking the 200 then 190 then 180 and so on, what a wonderful feeling. Plus i excercise a lot so i know that my numbers on the scale aren't going to go down as much as the size in clothes which i'm ok with. Keep up the good work. I know what you mean about the pizza i can eat that too. I can really eat anything. Of course what i mean is that i still watch the portions but nothing really affects me anymore. I avoid fried foods though. I can eat them but i know its not good for me.

I'm having issues with eating too! I saw my surgeon and told him I feel hungry a lot more than I did a few months back and he says its absolute nonsense, that I am just bored and that I am not truly hungry. He told me to drink a glass of water and wait an hour then if I am TRULY still hungry to have a snack (protein). Just as he said my "hunger" was a bunch of baloney! That prompted me to start recording what I eat on fitday and I have a much better grip now, although my hubby says I am borderline OCD now as far as eating goes, every time I eat I have to check out calories, fat etc. and go and fill it in. I think its been a big help I was stuck at -99 for three weeks and since seeing the surgeon last week and really figuring out what was going on with me I have lost another 6 pounds, he was right, it really is mind over matter with me! He also gave me another good tip, I was drinking the Atkins Ready-to-drink protein shakes and he told me they had too many calories, too much fat etc. etc. and he suggested Unjury. I bought it and have been taking it for about 4 days now, I must say I have noticed a difference, I seem to have more energy now, although Unjury is just protein and not much else. I got the unflavored one and it can be added to pretty much anything, it does change the flavor of your drink a *little* but it mixes up really well, you can just stir it in to most things, and it also is smooth - no gritty texture like a lot of other products. Good luck with your plateau - I hope it breaks SOON Kirsten A 435/329/?
