Well I had my 6 month check-up with my surgeon and he was very happy with my progress. I was at 102 as of yesterday, I'm happy to say, down another .5 today!! I had been stuck for three weeks, so I feel like I've won the lotto!! My doc did tell me that the Atkins ready-to-drink shakes were really not worth the fat and calories, and gave me a couple of suggestions of other shakes I can try. I ordered Unjury unflavored and I am hoping it works for me! To everyone that posted on the main board and on the December board congratulating me on reaching the -100 mark thank you very much - I really appreciate your support!
