Name- Jill Surgery Date- 12/1/03 Highest Weight- Pre Surgery weight- 311 Weight today- 229 Total weight loss- 82 Best thing about losing all the weight- I feel so much better, except now I have a pain in my left heel, ever since I increased my walking. Oh well, not going to let it stop me! Best compliment to date- You are the incredible shrinking woman... Have a great weekend everybody!

Pre Surgery weight- 249 Weight today- 181 Total weight loss- 68 lbs Best thing about losing all the weight- feeling better about myself in public Best compliment to date- "I didn't recognize you from behind!" and another co-worker said she didn't know it was me when I passed her the day before! Guess my Fat Butt wasn't hard to miss before?!

Name- RACHEL Surgery Date- 12/01/03 Highest Weight- EVER...WOULD BE 238 Pre Surgery weight- 230 Weight today- 145 Total weight loss- 85 Best thing about losing all the weight- FEELING NORMAL AND BUYING CLOTHES IN THE REGULAR DEPTS!! Best compliment to date- THERE IS NO WAY THAT IS YOU! (MY HUBBY EMAILED A RECENT PICK OF ME A FRIEND STATIONED IN KOREA THAT WILL BE BACK AT FORT HOOD NEXT WEEK. HE KNEW I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE SURGERY BEFORE HE LEFT BUT OBVIOUSLY HE HASN'T SEEN ME SINCE SURGERY! HE THOUGHT THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS THAT SMALL... NOT IS JUST 6 MONTHS!)

Best compliment to date-My wonderful husband called me a thin beautiful woman.

Name- Andrea Denger Surgery Date- 12/8/03 Highest Weight ever - 348 then stopped stepping on scales Pre Surgery weight- 327.5 Weight today- 226 Total weight loss- 101.5 since surgery (JUST HIT THE CENTURY CLUB) 122 total Best thing about losing all the weight- My energy level is increased dramatically (I can keep up with my kids) and I know that I won't get all of the comorbidities that my family has dealt with! Best compliment to date-Best compliments and most meaningful are those that come from my husband. Probably just the fact that he keeps trying to pick me up is the best compliment of all!
