Hey everybody My Mom always told me NOT to buy canned goods that were dented in any way. Well, as an adult I don't eat anything canned (except for tuna and salmon), but getting to my question.....I use SlimFast LoCarb protein shakes. So many times I buy a pack and one or all are dented! I am soooo tired of going back to the store (sometimes this is nerve-racking (sp) because I shop at different stores, and have to keep up with many receipts.) Is it harmful if I drink these dented protein shakes? Can they really rust inside? I am tired of running back to the store!! I even thought about checking each can before I buy them, but if some ARE dented, I will have to open up many packs of 4. Can someone ? Thanks, Crystal

My mom told me the same thing. I avoid dinted cans although I know that chances are they are really okay. I guess some things your momma tells you just sticks in the head regardless!
