Anyone else taking measurements??
I am curious what folks are losing INCHES wise....
I take the upper arms, neck, bust, waist, hips, thighs, and calves
I am amazed at the difference I see that way compared to my actual loss in lbs.
Anyone else charting this on a monthly basis????
I would love to compare/see how many lbs/inch etc....

I track exactly the same measurements you do with 2 additional ones....right above my knees....cuz I had/ have a lot of fat there and my ankles...also cuz they are "big." I haven't added up the total inches lost but maybe I'll go do that now. Since I've stalled with my weight loss though, I have also not been loosing inches (I measure about every 10 days). I think I'll go see what my total inches lost are.....I could use a "pick me up" right now!

AND we keep forgetting to take May's measurements so I will be a week behind on those #'s. So these #'s are for 4 months. My total is 42.75 for May 2nd (4 mos)
Donna, 77 1/2 inches are INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!
Since I am only down about 4 more lbs since May 2nd, I hope I lost several inches at least....my pants reflect some size lost even if my weight doesn't.
