Tuesday...6 month check up

Hi ...Hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend! Tomorrow I have my 6 month check up...surgery was 12/12/03. I was wondering how many of you have had any blood work done since the surgery? I think I am going to need b-12 shots b/c I get this numbness feeling in my left shoulder...so I am going to mention this tomorrow. Also, do any of you get dizzy faster with the warmer weather? I notice this the other day when I was working in the yard and bent over. Karie -83 pounds....hope doctor says this is good

Hi Karie, You have done wonderfully with your weight loss so far! You are going to have to update your picture soon!! I had my 6 month check up last week (just a bit early) and I had to have blood work done. I have the same problem about getting dizzy when I bend down or stand up too fast. I told her and she said with the weather getting warmer that I will need to increase my fluid intake... this can be an early sign of dehydration. I have to admit that lately I haven't done as well to get all of my fluids in so that might be the problem. We are going to keep an eye of the situation though and see how things go. karie, Hi there . I have my 6 month checkup on Friday. I had my surgery on 12/15/03 and lost 90 pds. I have done all my bloodwork. I take B-12 shots every week, I am trying to drink my waters and fluids as the weather gets warmer. Good Luck with your checkup. I hope I will soon be at the century mark.
