Back from Orlando!
Hi, guys! 
Just catching up from being gone 4 days to Orlando. Did the Disney parks, managed to eat tolerably well and healthily on the Disney food ( which was not easy - there are NO excuses for such a large company - when WILL they start offering a low-carb menu?!?! ) AND, believe it or not - I got ALL of my water in and WALKED every morning for an hour before everyone got up! Oh yes, I am SERIOUS about making the Century Club next month!! 
Will weigh tomorrow morning and post it on the "update", as requested.
I hope everyone is doing O.K.. Shawna, this will pass, but your doctors MUST do something for you! Pain after eating every time is not normal. Hopefully, they'll take this seriously, and you'll be on top of the world soon!
