Hi there my friends, I hope everyone has a good day today
My weight loss has slowed down considerably. There are some things I should be doing that I am not doing my best at.
I promise I will try to drink the water or fluids I should drink.
I promise I will drink more protein drinks...
I promise to try to eat more protein now that I can digest better.
I promise to try to get to Curves more than just x3 a week.
I promise to try to keep all of the above...DID I SAY PROMISE?

I'm going to hold you to those promises
I promise to drink my protein drinks, with added calcium citrate and glucosamine/chondroitin. Gotta get that cartilege in the knees happier!
I promise to do my run/walk 5 days a week and weight training 2 days a week.
I promise to stop whining when the alarm clock goes off to remind me to get up and do the above!
