He let me off!

Oh my, I got stopped today for going 58 in a 45....I told him I was only 2 blocks from home with my groceries which I'd bought in a town 30 miles away needing to get into the freezer. He took my liscense and pretty soon came back with it...and didn't give me a ticket!!!!!! WHEW!!!!!!! I said, "you aren't ticketing me?" and he said "no, not this time but slow it down" and I said "bless you!" I am so happy and indeed I WILL slow down! Jenni
