QOD 5/21

I heard something on the radio the other day and it got me thinking for a QOD. What things do you remember from when you were a kid that they no longer make/have around that you miss? The thing on the radio was JELLO Pudding Pops were back....I remember the whole Bill Cosby commercials and can picture him eating them! OF course I doubt they make a SUGAR FREE version for us but I didn't even realize they were gone!

Good morning, I want an adult version of the old BIG WHEEL! Probably would not be as much fun to ride as it was when I was a kid though. As for candy or food, I miss those long flat wax paper wrapped taffy strips. Looked like a giant stick of gum. It had a stripe. Anyone remember those? Oh well, not like I could eat it now anyway. Shannon, I do miss the price of candy. I remember candy being 7 cents. I feel sorry for kids that love candy and buy it with their allowance. They probably cant get more than one piece, I used to buy tons of candy. I also remember the movies being 75cents. Geeezzzzzzzz I am an older gal huh? Take Care...Lorraine

Ahhhh I love this question... It was a toy They were called (sorry for the spelling) Kabangers.... They were these Hard plastic Balls that hung from string with a handle and you Shook your hand up and down really fast and they made this hugh noise... But is you went off track with the Motion they came down and slammed you in the wrist.. my sister and I Had wrists that were black and blue all the time... But they were so much fun...
