Hi Brenda, I am in the same position, I have only lost 4 pounds since the 12th of last month (my anniversary). It is getting to me too. We have to remember how far we have come! The weight loss will not end here. Really it won't! We just need to make sure we are doing all the things we know we need to do, and the weith loss WILL start again. Hello Everyone! Believe me when I say slowwwww is not even a good word to describe the loss this month. I haven't lost anything since 4/23, I have been gaining and losing the same two pounds since then. I guess what I am trying to say is, we are all in the same boat. So please no one think that they are alone in this frustrating part of the journey!
