I sleep great!!!
I should be exercising more....I try to aim for three times a week but it rarely happens!!
I am doing cardio and weights.....and water aerobics.....I haven't been doing the water aerobics lately doesn't seem to help me much I am used to it now.....so pumped everything up a little!!
Hair loss continues.....thin but no bald spots!!
I am doing pretty good!

I do good with my vitamins and water!
I eat eggbeaters and cheese......beef, pork, seafood, veggies, beans...I have eaten tacos and nachos....but I stopped that.....When I eat carbs I crave them all day.....so I am trying to stay as far away from them as possible....Also I like to eat the all-in-one dexatrim bars....yummy...and sometimes just protein shakes!!!
3 meals a day......I try not to snack......I am not supposed to snack....but sometimes I just have to, when I do: it is sunflower seeds or carb countdown chocolate milk or sugar free popsicles!!

HOW IS YOUR HAIR LOSS? really bad, I've lost a LOT of hair and its not slowing down.. I had thin hair to begin with and this isnt helping .. but if I had to chose between weight loss and hair loss I'll take weight loss hands down ! Just hope it all grows back..

Sleeping - Better now. Had a devil of a time last month!
Exercising - Kicked it up a notch to 45 mins to an hour, alternating daily
with Curves and walking. (7 days a week)
Hair loss - Let's put it this way: The belt on my vacuum cleaner broke
from all the HAIR clogging it!! How humiliating!!! It has NOT
slowed down yet. Have decided 65g of protein per day is
NOT enough. Adding another shake daily, per nutritionist's
advice. Will also up my EFAs, even though I'm already taking
them 3X daily!
Weight loss - 73 pounds. No loss for last 2 weeks. NO loss on body
measurement ALL LAST MONTH.
Wearing between size 18 - 20, or XL!! Down from 26-28, or 5X!!
Vitamins and water - VERY conscientious about quotas daily. Not
perfect daily, but darn close!
Types of foods - I can eat just about anything, as long as it's moist!
stick to dense proteins, meats, poultry, etc., and supplement
with 1/4 veggies and protein shakes. Am branching out to the
new lo-carb items that have WAY more protein than carbs
now. Have you seen the new soy-based pastas and chips?
Unbelievable protein/carb counts!! We picked the RIGHT time
to do this, folks!!
Eat: 3X per day, if you count my breakfast protein shake as a meal.
Not really snacking at all. MAYBE a SF/FF fudge pop at night,
if I feel like it. Don't miss snacking much at all. Too busy trying
to fit %$%@# water and vitamins in!

ARE YOU EXERCISING? I have been going to curves 2-3x's a week, walk a mile 2 times a week (my son's track practice) and try to get in water aerobics when I can.

HOW IS YOUR HAIR LOSS? Hair is falling out, but I have very thick hair and was told this my happen so I didn't thin at the beauty shop for 2 months prior to surgery so no one can tell but me.
HOW IS YOUR WEIGHT LOSS (SINCE 4 MONTH ANNIVERSARY?) SLOWWWWWWWWW I have only lost 60 lbs total but I have been losing 10-15lbs a month so that is pretty good, I think...at least it is still steady.

Fluid okay - Still searching for a good protein drink.
Vitamins - started taking liquid.
Eating 4 small meals a day.
Bkfst always the same: LF Cottage Cheese, SF jello & Mandarin Oranges
Lunch and Dinner variety of foods.
Snacks: Cheese, SF Pops.
