I've learned to "appreciate" my stalls

I can't beleive this but I've gotten "in the groove" with stalls......I feel so much better about them. Yes, I do weigh every day and I guess that goes with my somewhat obsessive personality, but I realized yesterday that I'd been stalled for a week and that it didn't even bother me because I've come to understand how my body works....stall for 7-10 days, loose several pounds in several days, repeat process over and over. I have learned that the scale WILL start moving again, when my body is ready for it to. And guess what? It was ready this morning? I had a 2 lb. loss! Jenni -78

Good for you, Jenni! I am falling into the same kind of thing. I still find it frustrating but know it will change. I too saw the scales down today. First time since about 10 days ago when I hit 100 lbs lost. This morning it was -3. Dixie

Good for you, Jenni! I'm trying to come to terms with my little plateaus, too. It seems that my body is either dropping pounds or inches, but ne'er the two together! So when that scale is being stubberon, I just tell myself that I'll be shopping for new clothes again this week! Sometimes it's better to look good than move the scale! Deb
