HI THERE QOD 4/29/04
Hi there guys! How is everyone?? I hope all my December WLS friends are good. I am fine and working out now at Curves to tone up. My question is ....................... Are you guys getting enough protein? As many of you know I have a hard time digesting meat. I can eat Wendys chili but not too much more of any other meat. I drink my protein drink which is 20 grs and then I eat steamed flounder which I can digest well. I am wondering how much protein is in that slice of fish I eat. I also try to eat some cheese too. If any of you guys know about the protein in fish please answer this. I am losing my hair slowly. I take my vitamins also. LOVE YOU GUYS LORRAINE TO ALL OF YOU GOING THROUGH THIS ..
what kind of fish is it? Flounder...ok you wrote that...um
how many oz does it weigh?
Are you able to eat other items? pasta? IF you can handle the wendy's chili (hamburger) maybe you could try other hamburger dishes?
I am using boca burger crumbles to substitute for ground beef in things like Hamburger Helper.
You could make taco salad
lots of mexican dishes...beans and beef etc...
low carb tortilla burrito with some shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream
beans are a good source of protein....and easy to get thru the pouchy!
