Well I know it's only 10:30 in the morning here, but I know that people wander in and out of the boards all day and I've been MIA for a while so I thought I'd stick it up here while I am here. Feel free to post what you ate yesterday or to drop by tonite and post what you had today. As for me, yesterday I had some ramen noodles for breakfast (Bad me! I was LAZY) Lunch was 1/4 cup of grilled chicken, a string cheese, 1/4 cup of diced fresh tomatoe with vinegarette on them and a string cheese and about 7 sun chips (I was starving it felt like, but I got too full!) dinner I had leftover chicken enchiladas. snack before bed I had a mini bag of popcorn. Lots of carbs yesterday! Water was probably about 50 oz, but got all my vitamins and did 30 minutes on the bike at the gym Today will be better- I will post today's food later tonite Shawna 360/272/190

Hi, Shawna! Yes, I've been delinquent on F.O.D. too. Yesterday: B: 1 MegaShake (1 can Atkin's, 1 scoop Designer Whey, 1 cup CarbControl milk, 1 tbsp Benefiber, all mixed together - about 50 g protein. Takes me all morning to drink it! L: 1/2 lo-carb turkey rollup w/ lettuce, tomato, mayo (5g carbs!) YUM! D: 1 4 oz. chicken patty, 1 tbsp green beans E: 45 minutes at Curves W: 65 plus oz. Snack? I WISH!! SINCE DOC SAID TO INCREASE PROTEIN I HAD: BREAKFAST: ONE EGG W/ CHEESE LUNCH:PIECE OF CHICKEN AND SMALL SALAD WITH KIDNEY BEANS. NO DINNER YET STILL AT WORK. HAD52OZ OF LIQUID.

Ok well I said I'd be back so here I am. Breakfast Carb Control yogurt with some kashi go lean (about 4 oz total) Lunch: Few bites of hotdog from my son's plate and a bite of corn (that kashi stays with me FOREVER!!!) Snack: string cheese Dinner: 3/4 cup of lasagna made with R&F reduced carb noodles and I thought they were good! I should have had 1/2 a cup though. I got over full and had to lay down for about a half hour thats it for today, my tummy is still mad. no exercise (its my day off) Still need about 20 oz more water, did good on vitamins today
