Good morning all, I hope you are all doing well. Weight loss is slowing up for me (GRRRRR) so I could be better! Not gonna sweat it....I refuse! Question: What are some of the things that you can do now that you could not do before you lost your weight and/or how has your life improved? Have a great day! Lose a pound for me! (EACH OF YOU!) Tracy MINE: Question: What are some of the things that you can do now that you could not do before you lost your weight and/or how has your life improved? I can now fit on a roller coaster! The last time that I went to get on one, I was so embarrassed because the guy that helps everyone get into thier seat amnd makes sure you are in correctly had to force the bar down and it BARELY clicked when he REALLY pushed on it! I will be going on rides this Mothers day, I am hoping for an easier ride this time! I am no longer Diabetic, as of Month 2, my PCP said my sugar was normal and that he would no longer call me a diabetic. My arthritis does not bother me as much! I get around better and can shop much longer now! Looking forward to more improvements AND MORE WEIGHT LOSS!!!

Hi Tracy, What are some of the things that you can do now that you could not do before you lost your weight and/or how has your life improved? I can walk and exercise with no pain in my joints. Pre-surgery I was miserable with the pain in my joints. I could barely walk. I haven't tried rides yet but I'm planning to once the weather warms up! My blood levels are all normal. I was borderline diabetic and my cholesterol was elevated. But all of that is better now! Yippeeee!! Have a Wonderful Wednesday everyone! Jill

Hi Tracy and Good Morning to All!!! Sorry I have been MIA... LOONG week.... Question: What are some of the things that you can do now that you could not do before you lost your weight and/or how has your life improved? I too can cross my legs. I can do a full 30 minutes on the treadmill and my heart rate stays in my target zone (I used to hit my danger zone in less than 5 minutes!!). I can see my collor bone. I don't have a headache evryday when I wake up from lack of oxygen. The best one for me is that I am no longer chronically sick with strep, colds, bronchitis, etc. Haven't even had 1 cold since surgery (knock on wood) WOOHOO!!!! What are some of the things that you can do now that you could not do before you lost your weight and/or how has your life improved? i quit snoring so my hubby is much happier! I too can cross my legs! I can feel my ribs! when I lay down at night I actually have a dip from my rib cage to my belly my knee bones touch when I lay sideways (ouch!) I can wear underwire bras again for more than 1 hour w/o being miserable. I can wear tshirts that I bought on vacation that NEVER fit me and I bought the biggest size that they had. I think I would see more improvements IF I had more free time to notice/try/do things. Shannon -54 lbs and counting (56 lbs from my "goal") 1/2 way there in 4 months!!! I can't complain
