Question of the day
Hi Tracy, Good morning to you also Let me try to answer some of your questions.. How am I emotionally this month.... GREAT
How long was my longest plateau...... It took my this last 6 weeks to lose 15 pds and for 3 of those weeks not really any weight loss.
Am I where I thought I would be ............ yes I thought I would lose about 60 pds but seems with my problems digesting I am down more .. 80 pds now.
MY greatest challenge in month 4 is to get this freakin water down..... anyway HAVE A GOOD DAY ...... LORRAINE
Emotions for the month of April: A little stressful because of some unusual events but otherwise feeling really good.
Plateu: My longest plateu was a week early in month 3.
Weight Loss Expectation at 4 mos: I did not think I would lose as fast as I have. I should be easily at goal (130) by my 6 mos checkup. Of course, I don't work and I have exercised (Literally) my buns off!
Greatest challenge: I agree, I think my greatest challenge will always be getting in all the fluid and vitamins. And, I have started with some hair loss.....yuk!
There is nothing I miss about the "fat me" and cherish each new day because I know I'm healthier.
How are you emotionally this month? I am fine. I most of my emotional stuff at about the first month.
How long was your longest plateau? Hadn't had one yet.
Are you where you thought you would be in weight loss at this point? I really didn't know what to expect, I had trouble setting my expectations. I will say that I am happy with a steady loss of 2 to 3 lbs a week. I am more excited at what point I will be almost at goal, my Anniversary. If I keep a steady loss of 2 to 3 lbs a week I will be near my goal on our anniversary. It will be exciting.
What has been your greatest challenge in Month 4? My pouch finally woke up, it's no loner numb and I had troubles dealing with that for several weeks. Mostly being nauseous, but all is well now and it's been a pretty average month for me.
