4 months out...Down 90 Lbs

OMG!!! I am in total shock right now. Today is my 4 month anniversary. I have lost a total of 113 pounds. 90 of them have been since surgery on 12/22/03. I am also freaking out because I have lost 34 pounds in the last month...1 word!!!! WOWOWWWWW...Anybody else out there lost that much in a month? Not sure what is going on there. I didn't change anything.....Need to update my picture. I have lost about 45 lbs since it was taken. Will get on that soon!! Love you all!!! Ecila Lap RNY 12/22/03 426/403/313/180

That is sooooooooooooo wonderful! It just makes you feel so good about yourself! You should feel super proud! I was 4months out on 4/12/ and have lost a total of 73lbs so far. Great Job! Karie

Congratulations, that is great. I am down 70 pounds since surgery, I do have to admit that this 4th month out I seem to be losing more quickly. Month 3 I only lost 7 pounds, butI have already lost 12 pounds this month, with a week left to go. Hoping to hit my 200 pound mark, only 5 more pounds to go.
