As far as the shots go...I can't even tell when I get them but even if you do get a huge amount at once and it ramps down over the month you still get what you need to make your red blood cells. If your insurance is like mine--- IF I don't see a Doctor, I don't pay my co-pay. SO my allergy shots and B 12 shots cost me NOTHING. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be going this route. I just hated the fact that my B 12 shot took over 20 mins to dissolve under my tongue and that took away from drinking time in the mornings. Some folks claim to get a boost from B 12, I kept waiting to feel differently and NOTHING has ever happened (2x so far)... I go at the beginning of the month easy to remember that way.

Shannon Hi, I know what you mean. I take the sublingual right now. just waiting to run out of those before getting the Optisource. And I'm waiting for this boost of engery. Lots of people have told me they get the boost but I'm just not getting it either. Hugs Penny
