I'm a loser again
Thanks all of you for the encouragement, I finally moved off of the 60lb mark by upping my protein and water intake.
I went in for my 3 1/2 month check up and the doc said it wasn't necessarily the carbs (although I do need to watch them), it was because I was eating 1 full meal a day and that I wasn't getting enough protein in. So I have started adding protein powder to my coffee in the morning and that is a guaranteed 30 grams in the morning, and then whatever I eat during the day should be able to get me the next 30 - 40 grams. I am still struggling to get all tha****er in but I am at about 40 - 50oz of water a day versus what I was getting in before (half of that).
Anyway - thank you all, as of this morning I was down 68lbs and losing - YEA!!!
