F.O.D.? Its around dinner time for most......
So what did you eat today????
Breakfast:some sf kool-aid and some rasberries
Lunch: Wendy's chili... chips and cheese (BAD BAD ME) I ate the chips too and it was good for about five minutes until it filled my pouchy and I thought I just might DIE!!!! I will stick to just chili
snack: 4 slices of cracker size cheese w/ four slices of summer sausage and brown mustard... NO CRACKERS (YAY)
Dinner: I haven't had dinner yet and Im not sure if I will. Maybe some cottage cheese when I get back from the gym? My tummy is still mad at me from lunch.
Exercise: 1 hr of water aerobics
Water: probably only 55 ounces so far (need to drink more)
Vitamins: I forgot all weekend AND today IM BAD... I need to get back on track

Hello Shawna,
Breakfast was Carb Countdown smoothie, Lunch was a salad with chicken and real bacon bits (hey it's protein) and dinner...ewwwwww I tried this new TV dinner, low carb thing, it was chicken parmasan with asparagus. I only ate the chicken ( as I always do with the TV dinners) but it was YUCK!!! So far, I don't think I have my protein in so will have to have a shake or beef jerky later. I forget my vits on weekends too!! Tracy

Hi Shawna, I feel like I eat way more than you all do.
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese and fruit, handful of wheat thins
L: 1/2 chicken bacon ranch wrap from subway and 4 onion rings
D: 1/2 biscuit, a little bit of gravy, an egg and 2 strips of bacon
S: on the way to the gym, straw-ban smoothie
F: 60+ ounces of fluid
E: 1 mile walk this morning, 2 miles on the bike after work, 20 minutes on machines.
And I may have an evening snack. cheese & slim jim or rice cakes and p-nut butter.
I eat off of a dessert plate so I make sure I don't put too much food on it. If it doesn't fit on the plate I don't eat it!

B: Atkin's shake
L: 1/3 turkey Italian sausage, 1"X2" lo-carb lasagna (the leftovers that keep on giving! )
D: 3 1/2 oz. chicken, 1/4c salad. 2 strands baby asparagus
E: 45 minutes at Curves
W: 50 0z., working on the rest!
Snack: just my imaginary chocolate vitamins again. Boo-hoo.

yesterdays foods for me were...
B: coffee with a scoop and half Unjury, 30grams protein
L: small chicken salad with lots o cheese, roughly 13 grams P
D: coffee w/Unjury same as B: 30g
S: I don't remember the brand but it was a low carb low fat sugar free granola bar strawberry. it was very good. had 7 grams of protein
F: 65Oz
I did also have about 6 pork rinds.
E: I walk my son to school in the mornings and walk to pick him up in the evenings when it's nice. so I walked twice yesterday

ok Monday's food
Breakfast peach yoplait light yoghurt with 1/4 cup Seven in the Morning Cereal (like grape nuts for fiber)
Lunch at Don Pablo's NO idea the exact measurements-- I had 1 tortilla chip (1/2 round one) with lots of salsa. 1 1/2 Portabello and cheese Quesadilla triangles and pulled out the mushrooms from the rest of the 2nd pc but didn't have the tortilla/cheese topped with sour cream, avacodo and salsa on them. Several bites of lettuce with house viniagrette (sp).
Afternoon snack 1 square of a Chocolate Raspberry Carb Sensation candy bar and I had about 4 pcs of Soy Crisps (Zesty BBQ).
NO protein shake-- bad me but I was full for soo long and then when I wanted it--the cafe was closed and NO ice/spoon to mix it up with.
Respiratory Theory Class -- 6 slices of carborite Sour Gummies (not too impressed with them)
Dinner-- 1/2 Cup Hamburger Helper Nacho Cheese Rice thingy made with SOY burger and added Refried Beans. SO fiber and PROTEIN. I ate it on Soy Tortilla chips. About 5-6 of them.
That was it.....
SUNDAY night I tried the NEW CARB KARMA BEN AND JERRY's ice cream! I got the dbl one with chocolate, vanilla ice creams with fudgy brownie and choc chip cookie dough pcs...NOT tooo bad but the cho**** cream was kinda blah....
