F.O.D.! How was your Friday Food?
Friday's Food:
B: Atkins shake (for a real change of pace!)
L: 3 oz. broiled chicken, 2 bites baked beans, 2 bites coleslaw
D: 1/3 turkey Italian sausage, 2"X3" section of lasagna made with
Mueller's Lo-carb lasagna noodles, ground beef, and LOTS of CHEESE!
First pasta I've had post-op, and OMG was it GOOD! Pasta has 18g
of carb per serving, and I had less than 1/2 a serving, so what a
carb bargain! And I was STUFFED the rest of the night! YUM!
E: 45 minutes at Curves
W: 65 plus!
snacks:1 tsp peanuts

2 kid's baseball games
Swept & mopped floors
Cleaned 2 bathrooms
B: EAS protein bar-low cab
L: Shrimp Caesar Salad from BK--ate shrimp and half the lettuce
D: Small piece of meatloaf w/salsa & sour cream (Yum), 2 bites cauliflower
No snacks yet, haven't stopped all day!!

B: one and a half scoops of Unjury in my coffee {decaf} for 30 grams protein
L: nother coffee/Unjury sprtizer thingie. 30 more grams.
D: about an ounce of taco meat stuff with lots of cheese and two olives. a spoon of applesauce and a bite of pasta salad.

W: very bad water day. roughly 54 oz.
Did shopping today and totaly flipped forgetting my water. no wonder I was irritated and so SO thirsty! LOL
