Donna
Good morning Donna,
Yesteday I had my Designer whey shake for breakfast, Lunch was skipped, or you could call my dinner a late lunch which was breast meat of a cornish hen and a little asparagus, then a later meal (making up for lunch) was protein chips and cheese dip (EDGE Tortillas). I had a couple pieces of beef jerky too throughout the day. I doubt if I got the water in...I find that I can drink more fluied is I make the water into decaf tea and put some luzianne with some sleepytime tea ****D) and sweeten it with splenda. It does not give me the tummy cramps that plain water does. Have a great day! Tracy
Well I ate a LOT yesterday
Breakfast: Kashi go lean w/ 3 strawberries
snack: ham and swiss rolled up
Lunch: ham and swiss on low carb multigrain bread folded in half
snack: string cheese
Dinner: went to Ihop and had a few bites of cheese soup, few bites of pot roast, few bites of corn and one bite of mashed potatoes (too much got sick)
Snack: at 8 pm before gym 3 apple slices
snack: (like at midnite when i got home form gym) string cheese and 2 aplle slices
BUT I did fitday and I was just under 900 calories and 62 grams of protien. NOT BAD.... for being a pig ALL DAY
and I did get my water in
Wow, Shawna! You and Tracy are the Queens of Variety! You did all that and stayed under 900 calories...pretty darn good!
F.O.D. was a good idea, Shawna. I am really enjoying seeing all the yummy stuff everyone is discovering or creating. It gives me a lot of great ideas for adding some variety to my diet!
And Tracy always has the jump on the new lo-carb stuff!
Thanks, guys!
