Scale Moved...Chant worked!

Good morning my lovely Decemberites (Yeah you guys are lovely too) I just thought that I would update on yesterdays weight loss chant that we all (DID WE ALL?) participated in. Well, it worked for me! The scale finally moved after a week. I was beginning to think my scale was broken, everytime I got on it for a week, it said the same thing! OK, maybe it was the chant, maybe not, but who cares I'll do anything to get that scale to move, as will most of us! So people, chant away! It can't hurt! Tracy

I missed out on the chant....mine hasn't moved since Monday 200.4 and it even had the audacity to go up to .6 and .8 a few days. come on 1.4 lbs so I can be at -50 I have ~14 days til my 4 month anniversary and I want to be under 200!
