The Visitor Is BACK! For the Ladies

Hello Ladies.. I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten there monthly friend back since they started loosing weight. When I weighed 290 I had a cycle only 2 times a year. Now since surgery on 12/31/03 I have had 2 already. Now I know that this means that things are getting back to the way they should be but I have been spoilt. Really Spoilt Kim

I'm glad you'er getting normal, but sure would be nice to be rid of it for good. Come on menopause!!! Lisa G

Hello, My monthlies never really changed all that much. I have only skipped ONE my entire life. (when not pregnant, that is) When heavier, mine ran about every 30-31 days, now it is every 28-30 days. Not much of a change for me. But glad you are getting back to normal. I have to agree with Lisa, Come on menopause! But at least speaking for myself, I think I am just a bit older than you are, Kim! Before my surgery, mine were getting very heavy with quite a long duration. Now they're back to being light and regular. The only change is I get a couple days' "tease" beforehand, which never happened before. I wouldn't mind a little menopause in that department! Donna

Hello Everyone, I had mine right before surgery and then like clockwork 28-30 days later. It never skipped a beat! SHUCKS! I was hoping for a little break! Menopause where are you?? Jill

Have proudly been enjoying menopause for almost 3 yrs now. I think, monthlies have stopped but, have yet to experience any hot flashes or other side effects. Well, I do have one stubborn hair that seems to grow out of my chin...thank goodness for tweezers! Don't mean to rub it in... hehehe. Just doing a happy dance here.... ~~Carla

as much as I hate the montly visit from Aunt Flow, I get paranoid if she is missing even by a day.... I soooo do not want to be preggers---several friends have had OOPS's this year...NOT me, no thank you! but don't know what to expect with the NUVARING.....see what happens April 25th when I take it out.....
