L: 3 oz. chopped beefsteak (I get 4 meals out of one Toojay's chopped sirloins! )
D: One 4 0z. Italian sausage, 4 green beans (Also leftovers!)
E: 45 minutes at Curves
Snack : %$#! VITAMINS and Decaf Chai tea with Splenda and a little half and half. Livin' LARGE!

B: 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/ pineapple, 1/2 c. low fat wheat thins
L: 2 oz. chicken breast, 1 oz. hot dog, 1/2 oz. baked beans
D: 2 oz. chicken leg, 1/2 c. broccoli casserole, 1/2 oz. baked beans
E: 30 min at Contours
S: 2 rice cakes w/p-nut butter
Drinks: 64 oz.
Not too bad... Although the p-nut butter had me up 1/2 the night.
