B: Atkin's shake
L: 4" Italian sausage
D: 1/3 cheeseburger patty, 2 tbsp cottage cheese
E: 40 minute power walk
W: 64 oz. plus!
snacks: same old $%#@ VITAMINS!!!
Proposal: NEW LAW: ALL vitamins shall taste like Godiva Chocolate!

Ok here is what I had today....
Breakfast: didn't happen wasn't hungry
Lunch: less than half of a burger king chili and 6 of my kids' fries
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: half cup of turkey n stuffing homestyle bake
Vitamins: CHECK
WATER: CHECK
body image: NO CHECK... will be continued...
