ok DUH I forgot to put what I had....
Breakfast:
woke up with a tummy ache and tried cream of tomato soup
got very sick and had to go back to bed
Lunch:
woke up still achey so I had about 8 saltines over an hour
and then a while later felt better and hungry so I had 2 (yes 2 -can ya'll eat 2?) boiled eggs
snack: I'm about to eat half of my protein bar
dinner: dunno yet... I'm not sure if I will want dinner, but if I do it will probably be a corn tortilla with cheese.
water is good... no exercise cause I'm getting a blasted mary kay facial during water aerobics time...
I should be happy but I know it will just make me feel that much more guitly for not buying any make up... lol

Today was not a good day. First I slept in then my girlfriend called me and we and our daughter(s) went to the mall all day. I ate nothing for breakfast and lunch and didn't get home until 7 pm. So dinner was leftovers from last night (Ham). I have been munching on beef jerky since then and drinking a lot of SF CF Tea so catch up on my fluids. Not a good day at all! I'll do better tomorrow. Kids go back to school and we will be back on our schedule again. Tracy
My gall bladder is acting up & I really hate to eat. Pain starts shortly after eating.
However, this is what I ate-
Breakfast- about 1.5 oz of ham followed by PAIN!
Lunch- just a bit of mashed potatoes with chicken gravy (sounded soothing) and about a T of cottage cheese followed by PAIN
Supper- some imitation crab meat and salad ( marinated mushrooms, cucumbers, and tomatoe slices) followed by PAIN. Are we seeing a pattern here? Guess I better call tomorrow.
When I get home from work at midnight I'll probably drink a protein shake as I don't have enough protein yet. ( I know, followed by PAIN!)
Drinking less than I should be, probably only 45 OZ.
For exercise, I used myGazelle for 2 miles, went to the gym & put another 2000 steps in and lifted weights. I have also walked about 3 more miles. (keeping track for something at work.)
By the way, I am also on a plateau.

Yogurt (9ish) with Seven in the Morning Kashi mixed in for fibre
snack 3 zesty bbq soy crisps to get down pill
Lunch 1 1/2 buffalo chicken tenders with about 4 fries and blue cheese dressing (12:30)
snack on the way to class (5pm) microwave butter popcorn pint ziploc bag....popcorn must evaporate in my stomach
during class (7ish) I have 1/2 of a carb delight candy bar
dinner at 9:30 hamburger helper stroganoff made with SOY crumbles and extra skim milk instead of water... about 2/3 cup
didn't get all of my water in....that darn added fibre from the kashi keeps me full until lunch time so it is hard to want to drink or find room for it!
for Lunch today I brought the leftover hamburger helper stuff....
1 cup has 22 g protein and around 160 calories. I think that the soy protein is slightly higher than the ground beef I was supposed to use....but I am guessing I am still under 200 calories even with the added milk to the recipe and lower calorie soy protein.
bfast is always the yogurt and now with the cereal added in --at least on the work days.
boring...but easy.
I also picked up a hamburger helper mexican rice/cheesy enchilada thing...
figured it would make a good burrito wrapped up in my Lavash bread.
It makes easy leftovers, is cheap and quick to cook. Plus when I make it with SOY it is a great low fat protein choice.
School nights I don't feel like making elaborate meals....
