How does your scale move

It seems each time my scale goes down a pound or two it goes back up for a day or two until it goes back down to lowest point. For instance 6 days ago scale went down to 156 the next day it was 158 and it goes back and forth. I still haven't got it to stick at 156. I set a goal for 10 pounds a month thru July. I had met my first goal 7 days early. It just won't stay consistant.

Hello, Mine doe the same thing. I'll lose a pound then the next day it will be back. It will stay for two or three days then I will go down below the original pound that I lost. Go figure! Sometimes I gain a pound or two, those are the hardest days! So far (Knock wood) even though it is up and down, back and forth, it still continues to go down. Did I say KNOCK WOOD???!!! I average about 10 pounds per month. Tracy

I sooo do not understand why my lbs go the way they do. I seem to lose in 5 lb increments and then stay stuck at the new weight for a week or two. There is no reasoning as to why I lose what.... my 3rd month I lost 6... yes only SIX pounds in the whole month!!!! Then my fourth month I lost 17!!!!!!!! The last three days I have been going up and down three pounds, but this is the first time that has happened. I want to hit 100 lbs down soooooo bad. I wish I could at least lose more days than I plateau... the plateaus really kill my ambition. Shawna 360/278/200

This post was a life saver today. I have been struggling over the past 2 weeks up and down 2 pounds or so and reading that other people experience this certainly has helped me. I have been on a fruit craze where all I want to eat is fruit....have not been good about my water or protein. I exercise my butt off....but I need to get structured again. I don't know about you all but somedays I get on the scale and feel like it will be the last pound i lose.

Oh my go****alk about a whirlwind. My weight loss has been so crazy lately. I've been gettin in all my fluids and protein and exercising like a madwoman, I even cut out potatoes and limit my bread. Soooo what is the deal?? I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one in this situation... Jill
