Can I Join You Guys?

I had my surgery in Oct of last year. I go to my web page for that date and it is a little boring. I come to your's because my son was done in Dec. I will be seeing him again in May (home from college). We are all very excited to see his changes. Anyway, I like your page with the Q.O.D and all. Can I join in? Karen

Thank you all for the warm welcome. My sugery was Oct 24th of last year. I have lost 77 pounds. I don't always eat right, but I do try to most of the time. I just started back with my exercising at the YMCA. I had stopped because I was taking some college classes. I have hit some horrible plateaus, but they always pass. Nice joining you. Karen
