Howdy again; ? about cookbooks???
Well just a update on myself; I am doing great as far as the weight off is going lost 87pounds so far since Dec. 
Although I have to have back surgery now; 
for two blown out disks other than the pain of that I feel like a hundred bucks. I havent been recieving my emails for some reason could be my box filling up to fast but I checked into it so hopefully I will be back on track again and can participate in the ? of the days more. 
Well does anyone know if there is a cook book out there for those of us that have had the bypass surgery sure would like to find some other good food getting bored with the old standbys???
