OK OK I confess

I have been naughty.... I confess... I have been sneaking sweets..I couldn't help it.. I was craving SOMETHING SWEET so bad. So I ate a donut one day...and then another day I had some hostess cupcakes..I am scared now that I am going to sabotage this whole thing. It is stilll to cold for me to walk outside (it hurts my asthmatic lungs) and I am too exhausted at night to go to Curves. OK hollar at me...I deserve it.

Don't beat yourself up over this. It happens, I ate 4 potatoe chips one day and I swear I thought I was going to HELL for that! Just take control and know you are normal. If you need to have a sweet look for some low carb subitutes: Blue Bunny makes some great low carb ice cream snacks that I eat. Just find better choices and you will be fine. Karie -67

Nothing to beat yourself up about. I have been craving sweets, especially around that time of the month. I eat SF cookies and chocolates. I eat the recommended serving or less once a day if I so desire sweets every day. I keep some sort of Sf ice cream or popcicles in my freezer for a n icecream moment. Maybe try this out. I love those hotess cupcakes and they hard to not stop at the gas station and grab some. Fight the urge! Fight it! Fight it! ((((((Hugs))))) to you, you'll be okay.

then I must be worse than you!! I have at least 1 sweet a day on average.... BUT I try to stick with the carborite or pure delight SUGAR free candy bars/chocolate and don't have more than 1 or 2 bites THAT way I don't feel obligated to cheat and I am satisfied. I don't deny myself sweets/chips etc...I only eat a few or 1 bite. then I am happy. I just want a taste. NO GUILT at all...I don't go over my calories.....and I get my protein in for the day.... no harm no foul only problem is when our appetites and ability to eat more come back...then it may be a problem. but I think IF I don't deprive myself NOW....then I won't be so crazy and go overboard later on.
