F.O.D.
Hello everyone. I am sorry that some of you didn't have such a good day today(yesterday... I hate posting LATE). I hope everyone is feeling better by tomorrow (today... uhg). I had a long day and just barely made it here now.... so feel free to post what you ate on any day thats any where near when I posted this post
Breakfast: vitamins and water again
Lunch: 3/4 of a wendy's chili (I'm moving up on this one, used to be half and that was IT) and then I drank a biggie iced tea about a half hour or so after I ate
Snack: some beef jerkey and a handful of my friends corn nuts
Dinner: a small corn tortilla with melted cheese and some fresh green chilis made in the toaster oven (YUMMM)
oh and someone adds exercize which I think is a great idea.... mine was water aerobics for an hour.... yay
I wasn't as hungry as I have been today so lets hope my appetite stays down for a few days.

hi all... i too am posting late...typical of me though as i am a nite owl trying to imitate the old fashioned cat clock with the eyes and tail thing going on... anyway... foods today were:
breakfast: about 1/3 of baked potato
lunch: homemade chicken rice soup about 1/3 cup
dinner: greek salad
then late nite snack (now actually) my favorite, no sugar added dole strawberry popcicle
i still need to get in all tha****er!!! but it feels like i am drinking rocks when i drink it... (always has even as a kid) but i just need to get used to it all over again

Yogurt for breakfast 6 oz Yoplait Light
Lipton Pasta Sides Stroganoff (made with 2x skim milk) about 3/4 cup
1 carborite "oreo cookie" and 5 BBQ Corn Chips
3 Xtra Pepperoni Bagel Bites
Popcorn (didn't measure and probably ate too much)
didn't get in protein shake since I left early for my 3 month weigh in at the Surgeon's office
