Kim, Are you drinking any water? Water helps flush out fat and keeps your body in balance! All I see listed is apple juice and milk for beverages. PLUS water has NO calories!!! I would really try to increase my protein--even if it is with a protein shake...that would put you at 60 ish if you added just 1 "shake" a day. I probably only eat 30-40 grams of protein on my own each day so I have to drink a shake at this point to get in my daily quota. I think I am gonna start keeping up with my fitday again...I just hate having to guesstimate all of the wacky amts of food! I have to customize every single friggin item I eat in that thing! UGH

Hey Shannon I dont list my water. Cause it is calorie free.. Anything I have that is calorie free I dont list. I can't do the protein shakes.. Im waiting for some samples I ordered to come in from www.Wlssupplies.com Those I have heard from several people that they are really different. Regular shakes make me sick.. .. I have a serious gag reflex.. Tired of trying and spending a ton of money..
