F.O.D.
Yesterday was a bad, bad, BAD day. Woke up in the morning with my stomach hurting. Couldn't even keep one sip of protein shake or few sips of water down. I was beginning to think I would have to call Dr. V and get scheduled for a 4th endoscopy. But, after for the third time, it just cleared up, and liquids started going down around dinnertime. Hooray!
So I ate and drank NOTHING yesterday, until I started feeling sorry for myself. And thus:
B:- nothing
L: -nothing
D: - approximately 1 1/4 cups of Breyers lo-carb ice cream.

I had a bad day the opposite way.
B - the insides of a ham and cheese kolache
L - 2 imitation crab fingers wrapped in cheese
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup spicy nut mix
Snack - 1/2 bag of popcorn
D - 4 slices of fajita chicken with queso and chips
Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the shame...I am so bad

Weekends are always bad for me....
not nearly enough water
no protein shake (but I did on Saturday go me!)
no breakfast since didn't eat til 1pm (love sleeping in on my only day I can)
Lunch.... 1/2 cup Soy Chili, shredded cheese and Soy tortillas ~7 chips
Snack at hockey game I brought some Carb Slim Peanut Butter Bites and shared some with the HUBBY so I didn't eat the entire pack! But game choices for snacks are very very limited. I wish they would make SPLENDA COTTON CANDY!
Dinner...Lipton Pasta Sides Stroganoff (made with 2x skim milk instead of water)...
and then I had 2 spoonfuls of my hubbys BEN and JERRY's ice cream!

made me do it! I can't resist chocolate and peanut butter ...what can I say?!
Let' see... What did I eat yesterday?
Breakfast= Carb countdown smoothie
Lunch=beef jerky
Dinner= New kind of TV dinner, 32 grams of protein, beef and green beans
Was very tasty!
Oh, and pistachios....
Went to be early and tossed and turned over those pistachios all night! Had to take a long nap! UGH, no more pistachios at bedtime. Tracy
