Hood Carb Countdown Smoothie

Hello to all (again) I just wanted to let those who did not know about this product yet know how good it is. It is called Hood Carb Countdown Lowfat Yogurt Smoothie. I got the strawberry banana. It is YUMMY with only 100 calories, 3 carbs, 1 sugar, 3 fat and 13 grams of protein! Makes a good breakfast! About $1.58 per bottle at Walmart. Drink up! Tracy
