Trouble sleeping?

I know I've read sometime back that some of you have had trouble sleeping. Up until last week, I was doing fine, and now, all of a sudden, I can NOT sleep. I go to bed promptly at 10:00, and I've been up past 2:00 or 4:00 trying to sleep lately. I'm a wreck! Nothing's changed - I exercise at the same times I always have, don't eat late, everything's comfortable in my room. Is this a post-surgical phenomenon, or just me? How many others out there have experienced this?

My sleeping habits have changed dramatically since surgery. I just chalked it up to the fact I wasn't drugging my system with food. I am wide awake most mornings at 6 and can't go back to sleep. If I am woken up at night for any reason (round 2 or3) then I have a good hour before I can get back to sleep. I just don't feel tired anymore Not sure what to do about it, I know that some WLS folks have to go on sleeping pills Jackie

I tried taking 3 Tylenol P.M. last night, and I still didn't get to sleep until after 4 A.M.. 2 weeks of this is catching up with me today, of all days. I'm throwing a party tonight, and I'm having a hard time focusing and getting going today. On the plus side, read my next post! Donna
