popcorn mostly....
tried chewing gum 1x but I haven't since and I just stick with Tic Tacs just in case of some freak accident and I swallow it. Not that I have swallowed gum in more than 15 yrs...but you never know and the consequences this time around are NOT worth it and I was a GUM- AHOLOIC
Cookies--I think I tried 3 girl scout cookies and the only thing so far that has caused any sort of "dumping" type feelings (extremely mild) was the Samoas
Candy-- 2 small bites of Reese Peanut Butter Cup and then I normally stick to my CARBORITE or PURE DELIGHT low carb candy bars. I never eat a whole one at any time..a bite here and there over several days satisfies me.
2/3 of a glass of Shiraz
and about 5-6 potato chips
then I went to Joe's Crab Shack on Friday and had the Blue Crab dip with regular tortilla chips...which I ate. AND I don't feel guilty about it at all.
In fact I lost more weight over the weekend than I did all last week.
