Hi everyone, here it is you take whatever kind of fruit or flavoring you like(example strawberry and bannana you would use a whole bannana and 4 strawberries.) put it in a blender add 2-3 cups of ice, one cup of non-fat yogert, half cup of OJ and puree it for a few seconds then whip it for a few seconds if it is to thick add more OJ if to thin stick it in the freezer for a few. Hope you all enjoy. Kristen

Sounds good! This is what I love. Being from the south we drink a lot of Iced tea. Some call it Sweet Tea. I have one of those iced tea makers so this is how I make tea. I use 2 Luzianne decaffinated tea bags then I add in 3 bags of Sleepytime tea. I like my tea weak so you can add as much as you like. When I run it through the tea maker (not practical for non tea maker use) I put a coffee filter in the basket and empty the sleepytime tea bags into the bottom then layer the two luzianne bags on top of that (unopened). For a full pitcher I then add about 1.5 cups of splenda. The sleepytime takes any bitterness or dryness out of the tea and makes it much more enjoyable! Serve COLD! They say tea is a natural diuretic too. This is great if water hurts your pouch as it does me most days. I get my fluids in this way. I only allow myself one pot per week though. :o( Unless I hear something that defends tea and says it is GOOD for me! Then I might drink more Tracy
