What about a recipe of the day to go with the QOD?
Here is my submission:
Easy to make and lots of protein!
1 can fat free refried bean
1 package Tyson Chicken Strips (southwestern style)
Low fat shredded cheese
spread refried bean on bottom of casserole dish, layer the chicken strips on top of the beans and top with shredded cheese. Put in microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
