Hello Jennifer, Congratulations on the awesome weight loss Bread is one of the first things I could eat. It was on my soft diet. Jackie -60

I'm one day behind you and down 63 lbs. I don't eat any bread and am trying not to till I hit goal (which is still 70-80 lbs. away). I know there are low carb breads but I just don't want to get started on them so I avoid them. I have eaten a few crackers from time to time (maybe 4-5 times since surgery) but try to stay away from them too. Jenni

I can't do bread, rice, or pasta. I can eat crackers and I do eat a few when I eat tuna fish. I cant eat pork at all except for bacon. And the only beef I can eat is the extrememly lean ground beef. Im really tired of meat.. I dont do protein shakes. Can't get one I like. and I'm going broke trying them out.
