Daily Carb Intake?

Here are the recommendations that my dietitian gave me to follow. I follow them very closely...I usually keep calories around 600 and keep fat and carbs lower than her recommendation.
Calories 500-750
Fat 20-30 grams
Protein 50-70 grams
Carbs 30-50 grams
Fluids 64+ ounces These are all per day. Log on to www.fitday.com to help you keep track of everything. Hope this helps!
