At 11 weeks out, I'm down 56, able to eat just about anything, barfing about 1X weekly on average, doing Curves 4X, walking 2X weekly, keeping the carb consumption down, TRYING to get enough water in, (anyone have alternative drink suggestions? ) and just generally doing everything we're supposed to.
From the looks of it, and reviewing the histories attached to the "before and after" photos section, we are ALL ON TRACK!!
Congratulations on your wonderful checkup!

Hi Nora,
I just passed my three month post op mark by one week. I'm down -52 lbs and doing everything I should. I can eat steak (Porterhouse) but can not seem to handle the chicken yet. It causes nausea every time I try it. So I'll wait another month before trying it again. Congrats on your weight loss. Keep us posted each step of the way. SnoJo

I am 16 weeks out and down 61 pounds, my weight has just come to a stand still. I walk every day and Curves 4-5 times a week. I drink all my fluid and get in my protein . I feel like there is nothing else I can do. I understand what you mean about getting to goal, I'm afraid I'll never make it at this rate. Also, someone asked about drink suggestions. I've been drinking Propel flavored water made by Gateraide and it's pretty good. Sometimes regular water is just hard to drink. I don't hardly ever throw up anymore and about once I feel like I'd be better off if I did. By the sound of it though I'm right on track with all of you. Physically I haven't felt this great in years, so I'm going to enjoy the feeling. May God bless you all on your journey.
