Suitcase

When I was travelling this last weekend my suitcase was over the 50lb weight limit by 7lbs. As my poor husband was dragging this humongous thing on and off the shuttle bus I realized that I have lost that much weight!!!!!!!!!! It is a great boost to fill a case or bag with the amount you have lost and then try to life it Jackie

I do the same thing! I think of my 5 year old who weighs about what I lost and imagine carrying him around all day! Lisa G
