Good mornin' all. I don't know where Jackie is with our QOD so I will take some pressure off and post one again. Hmmmmmmm...Gotta think of one... Do you have any (what I call) Mini Milestones to report? Mini Milestone=crossing legs, fitting into a tub, wearing something smaller...Anything that is a milestone to you!!! Anything!!!! Whatever you can do not that you could not do before. Mine are: I can cross my legs now I can wear single diget panties (9) Steering wheel does not rub on my belly anymore I can fit into resin lawn chairs (and get out of them) Thats all I can think of right now... OK I want a list from each of you! Tracy

I zipped up my winter coat this morning!!!!!! I don't hit my belly when I get out of the shower stall (kind without tub) sliding door --very narrow since it is only 1/2 the width. any fatter before surgery and I was gonna have to switch bathrooms! I can wear bra's from a regular store My ankles don't swell anymore I can eat just 2 bites of something and walk away without dying for more! My husband says I quit snoring (never bothered me )

I can cross my legs!! That was so cool b/c I didn't even realize I was doing it until my Mom pointed it out to me. I have all this extra room between me and my steering wheel... I never realized how much my stomach stuck out until it didn't touch the wheel anymore. How cool is that!! ~Rachel

I can cross my legs. I can easily fit the seatbelt on me. I got into a size 16 jeans this weekend (snug and they are stretch, but still) I am no longer super morbidly obese or even morbidly obese...just severly obese now. I can see my dimples. I had to move the seat up in my car. Christy

1.Can cross my legs - yeah! 2.Can tie my shoes standing up because now I can see my feet! 3.Can wear size 10 clothes (as opposed to size 20). Costly!! 4.Can ride a bike for 12 miles......with no sweat! (Not really, I live in Miami) 5.Can wear a nice dress that doesn't have to be black because it makes me look smaller. 6.Can wear my daughter and daughter-in-law's "hand-me-downs". Cost Effective! 7.My husband can pick me up without fear of a hernia. 8.The greatest of these is improved health -- a normal blood pressure, no gastric reflux problems and a cholesterol below 180. I am so blessed!
